Apparently there is a mistake when you let a selected file in Windows Explorer and you have the preview turned on, especially text files
today I was doing some tests with a html file leave it selected in the browser windows with Preview enabled, after editing in the Notepad + + and trying to save the changes I got a popup stating that the file was occupied by another program
my surprise was that the alleged other program was the preview windows explorer
so far I've only tested with plain text files (txt, html, css) if anyone has seen this happen with any other type of file?
